Personalised Mentoring - 12 week - £600

This is a twice weekly service for intensive recovery - personalised to you.   We have an hour call twice a week and you will need to spend further time on yourself for this mentoring programme to work effectively.


After 12 weeks, we will have given you the tools to understand yourself better and recover from narcissistic abuse.  You go away with your own personalised plan of recovery and will notice a complete change in how you feel.   Enough for you to move on with your life.

Week 1 - Your current situation, your beliefs, schemas and recovery terms, support network and instant self-soothing techniques.

Week 2 - Deepening self-soothing techniques.   Getting legal and psychological support in place. Understanding your rights.

Week 3 - Defending yourself from smear campaigns; preparing for Narcissistic revenge; your trust circle; recording a timeline of events.

Week 4 - Your compromise's; Your bottom line in a relationship; your expectations v reality; defining a loving respectful relationship.

Week 5 - Schema's - how they help or hinder you; Boundary setting; Self-Sacrifice and the priority of deservedness.

Week 6 - Investing deeper into yourself - your value and why you are loveable; you schema's in depth; learning from younger you.

Week 7 - Your values and beliefs; defining other techniques - NLP, kinesiology, emotions stored in the body.

Week 8 - Jealousy, chord cutting visualisations and the power of music

Week 9 - Strengthening your inner knowledge; re-evaluation of your scores; how to fill up your time positively

Week 10 - Visualisations to assist - prioritising your own needs; progress results.

Week 11 -  Fine tuning and revisiting areas of resistance.

Week 12 - Final evaluation and 'feeling' what a normal healthy relationship feels like (feeling is different to logically knowing).
